Matai Care was founded in 2024 by two practitioners with extensive experience in social work, education, community development, and the multicultural sector. As a proud Pasifika business, we focus on the village model, embracing the motto “it takes a village.” This approach means creating a nurturing village where children, young people, and families can thrive through communal effort.

By working together as a caring community, we provide the opportunities and support they need to be successful in life. Through our combined support and compassion, we ensure that every young person feels valued, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.
